Great girls trip location for my birthday weekend! Aiden and Ronald were amazing greeters as soon as you pull into the parking lot. Alexis, at the front desk reception, was so pleasant and helpful. The chair and umbrella staff as hot as it was everyday we were there had the chairs and umbrellas up every morning by 8am and had a friendly good morning when you arrived. Maree, at the pool bar, made you feel like you were dining on her patio. The ocean view room I reserved was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The grounds were gorgeous and lush. I will say I was nervous reading all the reviews after I booked. However, I was pleasantly surprised and loved every minute of my stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First time visiting with my family. Really had a nice time. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly and accommodating. Truly couldn’t have been nicer. Loved the sound and beach side. So unique to have the option, but loved visiting both. Everything was very clean. Food was very good. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom was a bit small and the shower showing its wear, but other than that, the room was great. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The epitome of a summer vacation spot. Would go back.. just not in July. Too hot for these northerners.

Perfectly fine if you really want to stay at an oceanfront hotel, but this is more like a 3-star property. Rooms are fairly clean, but dated. Pool is too small for a property this size (never any open chairs). Better value in the offseason, probably; hard to justify summer weekend rates aside from the location.

Amazing staff! as soon as you pull up you are welcomed with smiles and greetings! the front desk staff always was pleasant and helpful. the housekeeping staff was very friendly, the pool and beach staff were so great! we loved interacting with everyone but we also watched your staff pick up after and entertain : kids, families, sr citizens, etc! what a great getaway- perfect amenities! i wish i remembered more names but the only one we clocked was Bobby from Michigan working by the pool! the overall feel of the lobby is very upscale and welcoming with the natural flow to the bar-restaurant or you can go outside to the pool/beach/lawn. the lawn had many activities for families/couples and multiple lounge areas. the landscaping is beautiful! quick walk along the path to the beach where we rented chairs and an umbrella for one day- scheduled that online- very easy and the staff is very helpful on the beach. food on property is great! Vitos pizza was good for a late night bite and i bought cute stuff at hallelu clothing co & breeza to take home:)
